Okay, let's see...

If you are using internet explorer, make sure that Vizzed is a trusted site.

Disable pop up blocker if you can't get the control menu to open up by double clicking.

Make sure your anti-virus or firewall isn't accidentally blocking Vizzed.

Try alternative browsers, Google Chrome and FireFox works best with the RGR plugin.

If you're trying to play N64 games, the Mupen64 emulator doesn't support customized controls.

Restart computer.

Try the above and see if any of them works.
