It's still not clear to me whether the users are able to create a Net play session for free (without owning the item), or if it's the case able to create sessions (while owning the item) without any Viz fee. Please help!

LucasMull : If you don't have the netplay session item, you can not create netplay sessions however you can join them. But if you own the netplay item, you can create a netplay session (and join them) and you don't have to pay any Viz for creating one. Hope this helps.
