Well Christmas is pretty sweet, but I think my favourite holiday will have to be summer, going to water parks, camping, and looking at babes in bikini's LOL!!

That's the easiest question ever!  Christmas is my favorite holiday.  Mainly because  you get to play in the snow for at least two weeks on Christmas break and I get presents as well, which is a pretty nice holiday!

Does All Hallow's Eve count? It's not recognized as a national holiday in the US and Canada (nobody gets work off, no businesses close, etc.), but it is considered a holiday in Wicca and Germanic Paganism.

Supposedly, this is the day of the year when the veil between the physical and spirit world is the thinnest. It is a time to honour those who have passed on. It is a time of reflection, of looking back over the past year, and coming to terms with death as a part of life.

I really like the macabre and creepy themes during Hallowe'en, as well as dressing up in costumes and going to parties. The food is great too - Pumpkin-flavoured everything, spiced drinks and desserts, and lots of candy.

Also, having a holiday during this darker and colder part of the year gives me something to look forward to in the fall and winter months before Christmas.
