This isn't a new issue - in fact I've seen this for about 2 years without a solution.

Just curious: does clicking the Reset Button at the bottom of the play window fix it? I just recently noticed that a Sega CD game, well actually a couple of Sega CD games, which I uploaded to the RGR a while back (which worked fine then, but not now) was fixed by resetting it.
