so i double click to change settings in mupen64plus [which runs alot better] but it wont have the menu popup and i just got a installed 64 controller for pc. Any help?

Mupen64 doesn't support customized controls, even with a controller. So if you want to play with Mupen, you'd have to stick with its default settings. Sorry.

clifton123 : In order to change controls for N64 games, you need to use the 1964 emulator. As was said in a previous post the MUPEN emulator does not support control configuration with the Plugin.
