Free soul, you feel flawless up there in the sky you will fly Free soul, always lights me up in the darkness of my thoughts Free soul, often and magical you're the hope inside me Free soul, light and unique in the blue sky you will shine and don't let futile fears hide the light inside you, I won't forget you I will celebrate you to the rhythm of this song. What operating system do you use? What kind of computer do you have? I can't really help without this information.... Also, could you please try to use better grammar? I am a bit of a Grammar Nazi and using proper grammar and spelling is a rule.

You gotta say more about the error message you get and tell us what version of windows are you using (7, 8, vista, XP). Maybe a pic of it might help and then we will be able to know how to help you.
