My favorite joke that Jim plays on Dwight is where Dwight walks in on a murder scene that happened in Jim's room. There is blood on the wall, and Dwight immediately begins to analyze the scene. As Dwight is doing this analysis Jim falls on the ground from out of the closet.

My favorite quote is when Michael hits Meredith with his car and calls Ryan on his phone. The conversation is as follows. 
Ryanid this happen on company property?
Michael Scott:It was on company property, with company property. So, double jeopardy, we're fine.
Ryan:I don't think-- I don't think you understand how jeopardy works.
Michael Scott:Oh, I'm sorry. What is, 'we're fine'?

Man, I love this show.
