i would get my bat and beat them up as much as i can.
i would probably die, i mean, after all the got guns and stuff.
but if i died in the fight i would be happy because I know that I no longer allow myself to be pushed around by some people who think they have more power than others and could therefore do with the weaker what they want.

I think you're letting your imagination get the better of you.. if the cops went on riot the military would be bought in to stop it.. they'd be no need for civilian action. Plus the chances of the police force turning into a murderous mob is 0... believe it or not Police officers can make mistakes and i bet they feel worthless when they make one...
