You'll have to have a PSN account. And you'll have to have your PS3 connected to internet. And you'll have to fund money to your account via Gift Card/Credit Card. Honestly, it only gives you 1 extra cutscene. If you have a hard copy of it, you're better off playing with that. Unless you're bent on playing it on your PS3/PSP anyway.
