Regular, There is some bad stuff in diet drinks. When I have tried to drink diet I always feel more hungry and that I need more. After I drink a regular drink, I do not feel that way. I think diet drinks add to weight gain.

I choose regular over diet because diet just takes the flavor right out and banishes it to the black hole. Regular is nice and sweet to drink, and is also very hydrating.
