I think I went to bed sometime between 4-5 AM last night. I didn't get the best sleep in the world since I've been congested the last few days (most likely from being outside in the cold, dry air shoveling snow 2 days in a row). I'll probably make myself some chamomile tea with honey and hope for a better night of sleep tonight.

I went to bed/fell asleep at 2:00 AM, I got around 7 and half hours of sleep, and a 64-sleep score. I have no idea how some people can get over 90. Ever since I got a watch, I have never gotten higher than 84.

I had a very choppy night of sleep with lots of tossing and turning. I can't even recall exactly when I fell asleep, but the last time I remember checking at the clock, it was sometime after 5. Hope to take a warm shower and drink some chamomile before going to bed tonight–anything to keep this obnoxious congestion at bay.

I finally fell asleep sometime around 6 AM. Up until then, my nose wasn't clear enough for me to breathe out of, which made sleep impossible. When it magically became bearable, I fell asleep pretty quickly. Unsurprisingly, since I fell asleep so late, I woke up close to 2 PM today. Thankfully I'm feeling much better today, hope to be back at 100% in the next day or two.

I didn't fall asleep until around 7 AM. Like always, whenever I know I have a day of important tasks and errands ahead of me, my body does everything in its power to make falling asleep at a reasonable hour impossible. It never fails.

It was like 5 AM when I finally went to sleep. I knew it'd be the latest time of 2025 so far, but the mark is very high right off from the start.

I went out for the night to play board games with a group of friends, and it dragged on for quite long. We left at 2:30 AM or so, and between getting home and staying up a bit talking with friends it dragged on for even longer xD

Thankfully now I'm not someone to sleep for a full day, so it's not gonna destroy my routine. It'd be catastrophic, we're currently in one, if not the busiest weeks of all year at work.
It was like 5 AM when I finally went to sleep. I knew it'd be the latest time of 2025 so far, but the mark is very high right off from the start.

Even though I knew I had a long drive ahead of me to my friend's place this morning, I didn't fall asleep until around 6:30 AM and was awake by 11:30 AM. Even though 5 hours is usually just enough rest to function, I didn't feel even slightly rested.

Thankfully, I was able to power through the trip and arrive safely, but driving back home at around 8 PM was very difficult. By this time, it was pitch black outside and my exhaustion finally caught up to me not long after I got on the highway. Once my eyelids started feeling heavy, I put on some loud music and powered through it until I got home safely. Hope to get a much better night of sleep tonight lol.
