Last night i went to bed around 2:30am. I little earlier than usual because i had to get up a bit early for work today. For the most part i got good sleep since its just an our difference from my usual sleep schedule. I do have a few occasions where i went to sleep at 2 or early because i was just exhausted.

I went to bed at my usual time, 3am. Just a normal nights sleep then get up to go to work. Though if I'm being honest I always considered trying to sleep at 4am, but everytime I do I usually stay awake laying down for an hour longer before actually falling asleep. Kinda messes up my schedule a bit.

It surprises me how I actually need very few hours of sleep when I'm not forced to wake up at a given time because of routine. Maybe I sleep better without having to think about that, maybe I was very calm after a good night, maybe the few sun rays filtering through my room and the warm temperatures made my body want to get up... Who knows.
