Once again managed to fall asleep and wake up well-rested at a reasonable hour. Fell asleep sometime after 2 AM and woke up a couple minutes past 10 AM. I'm noticing that I seldom need to take a midday nap since overhauling my sleep schedule and going to bed earlier. I definitely want to keep that momentum going.

Been staying up a bit later than usual since friends got me playing “State of Decay 2” and it’s pretty addicting. One issue though I’ve been having is playing on my friend’s story mode yet he doesn’t want to help anyone else out like, okay. Don’t ask me to help you when you don’t want to help others like the enclaves who demand sacks

Honestly the best and worst part about being sick is having no idea when to sleep and how long to sleep, because I've just been either napping for 4hrs at like 3am or napping for 9hrs at 3pm. it's crazy. But in short I woke up a little around 2:30pm today! and I think I went to sleep at 9am?

I was supposed to go to bed at ten but something had come up and I didn't go to bed right away and it doesn't help that the Goldeyes baseball went long because of a rain delay which eventually got called, god I need my Radio Classics Sleeping pill as I treat it like a bed time story (as long as they aren't doing Dragnet)
