I went to bed sometime early in the morning after playing Pokemon Colosseum for the first time for hours and reaching the under. I hear professionals say how much happier and healthier you'll be if you have a good sleep schedule but I'm happy enough already without changing my whole routine.

I went to bed at 1 AM after deciding to push myself to get a 7 pointer in green which I cut way too close but what fun would it be if I made it look too easy After I saw the results I wasted no time doing my final shot of the day and heading straight to bed.

I can't remember too clearly exactly but I believe that I stayed up until early in the morning partially because of the heat and partially because I was playing something and I got a bit too invested and I can be impressively stubborn at times, usually when "just 1 more hour" becomes me looking at the time and seeing it's like 5 in the morning and I decide it's probably best to not stay up any longer than I already have. I slept for a bit then I just ended getting up again rinse and repeat.

I've completely forgotten what time I went to bed last night but without checking I believe it was around 1 AM... and after looking it was at 12:45 so I have to say my guess was pretty accurate! pretty sure I went to bed after ten after finally earning those 96 actions and 48 CPS but didn't go to sleep until closer to eleven because my eyes were having a hard time co-operated...not to mention I have a zit or something developing on my eyelid, sometimes doing this tour can be murder on my eyes

I went to bed around 1 AM which seems to be my everyday thing during tour de vizzed and I've noticed it's been straining my one eye when I look in the mirror before going to bed which is always a little spooky but I still have 20/20 vision to my knowledge so hopefully I don't need glasses anytime soon but as a diabetic I've accepted that I'll probably need them someday not helped by my family having a long history of needing glasses.
