I went to bed at about 3:30 last night. A slight, but necessary improvement from three weeks of going to bed at 5 AM or later. I allowed myself about 8.5 hours to fall asleep and ended up waking up at exactly noon feeling refreshed. I aim to do the same tonight.

Last night i went to bed at 4 am because i wanted to get some drawings done before i sleep. I got up around 11 am which is usually around the time i wake up anyway. So sleeping that late really didn't bother my sleep schedule.

I went to bed at almost 6 AM last night. I spent a good deal of time posting on vizzed and occasionally playing on my Switch. Part of the reason I went to bed so late is because I spent most of the day sleeping due to not feeling well. This completely throws off any hope I had of establishing a more reasonable sleep schedule before classes start back up again. Unfortunate.

Last night I went to sleep at 10:30 (!) which is exceptionally early for me. It had been a very long, exhausting week, and I just wanted to get to sleep. I slept for nearly 11 hours and work up at around 9:15 this morning.
