As the title says, do you think that Horoscope Sign characteristics are true, such as: this zodiac is stubborn, this one is moody etc. I find they strikingly resemble the person born under that date. Maybe some things aren't in place for that person, but overall, it's quite truthful! For example, I read that Sagittarius is smart, outgoing, loves to travel, loves sports. I don't like sports, but I get good grades in school. So...what do you think?

I think is absolute crap. They fire off a list of generic comments and thrn act like thats a tailored fit. Its in line with these crappy psychics that say generic names, then makes generic comments because someone responded to that name.
Your sign had something that does not at all apply to you, ergo, its wrong.
The idea that the exact location of your birth, the time peripd etc have any bearing on what you are like as a person is just completely ilogocal. To believe that you would to believe the universe was made to cater for earth.
On top of that considering that the earths orbit is a lopsided circuit and gravitational forces are always at work, all planets, moons etc are gradually shifting their positions, which these kinds of ... spiritual ideas do not take account of at all.
