There's tons of 3D games in the video game world. It isn't just made up of 2D side-scrolling adventures. What do you think was/is the best three dimensional game? Mine? Obviously it would have to be Super Mario Sunshine (Nintendo GameCube, 2002) I'm not going to go into review mode or anything, BUT Mario Sunshine featured an amazing over-world, offered lots of depth to the game, and had good voice acting. However, it is a really hated game. An issue of Nintendo Power from 2009 mentioned Super Mario Sunshine to be the worst Mario game to ever exist. A couple reasons of why this is a hated game is because of its A+ voice acting and it's hard levels.

So moving on...what do you think is the best 3D game?

PixelBrick : Super Mario 3D Land. On 3DS for sure.

I think the best 3D game is Super Mario 64. The graphics may look a little weird compared to other 3D Mario games like Super Mario Sunshine but I think the graphics in SM64 are very creative and the creators did an excellent job with it. And for the gameplay I think the same thing although there are a few glitches. Without the glitches I wouldn't be so addicted to the game, though. I love the backward long-jump the most. It's like Mario is on drugs.

Okay... This is a really hard question to answer.... Now my favorite game is Chrono Trigger, But this is for the SNES and doesn't really fall into the 3D term so I get to choose another game,  But I need to think for a moment because I really like 2D fighting games such as BlazBlue or Guilty Gear or even Street Fighter, Now while all of these games have some 3D models in them they aren't really 3D due to the fact it's a side scrolling fighting game so again these games don't fall into the genre we're talking about at all, So I guess I'm just going to go and lay down my most commonly played FPS Halo 4, Why this game.. Well while some people hate what it did to the series I love what they did with the Multi-player, As someone who was previously a member of Major League Gaming for the Halo series this is still probably my favorite in the series just based on Multi-player alone, It's pretty darn easy too. So this is my choice, But this is just mine and all so I'm not looking for any fights.

I mean it's almost as if you think everyone must share your opinion or you'll have less respect for them or something, But I mean dude, Of course everyone has their own opinions, That's because everyone is different and have different tastes due to exposure and simply personal taste, I mean if you really get into the psychology of it it's down right fascinating, But that's just my opinion on psychology, Like you and I have both said, Everyone has their own opinions.
