Are you putting it on your posts on threads? I can't be sure if the Picture Attachment thing works because I've never tried it, but the way I do it, I take the picture's url and put it in the formatting tags- [.img]PICTURE[./img] (don't put the periods). However, if you are talking about putting them in layouts, then you need to first upload the picture in the Vizzed Photo Album.

I tried it out and the [img] [/img] tags are working.
It's usually frowned upon to use the image tag though as it eats the other sites' (where the pictures are hosted) bandwidth. Bandwidth thieving, as others prefer to call, so it's better to upload the picture here on vizzed using the upload feature when making a post or by uploading in the photo album.
