Favorite of any kind of Pokémon is Blaziken. It's fast, has a cool design, has a good move pool, strong attack and/or special attack, and was the final form of the first starter I ever owned.

my favorite starter was Treecko he was a good pokemon i chose him for emerald so yeah i did good with him i beat the game and captured all the legendaries also he is fast but i just hated the flannery or the fire gym that was a pain because fire is good against grass type so instead i used my mightyena and for fire red i chose charmander cause so many people pick squirtel and say he so much better than charmander but charmander is good except for the first gym it was hard if you picked charmander as your starter pokemon so those are my favorites and by the way i started with torchic on pokemon ruby hes pretty good

I believe this thread has already been made, so just to be safe, I will summon the mods.
Local Mods :
I prefer Treeco. It was the first Poke that learned Pound,and I like the design for it. I enjoy Pokemon that take time to level, it sure did feel like Treeco took the longest to raise.
