What game have you personally put the most time into? I am expecting games like world of warcraft to come up consistently, I having actually played that myself for a little while. The game I personally put the most time into was Diablo 2. I spent hours upon hours over a period of 7 years collecting, grinding, dueling (main use of my time). I had a WW Assassin that could destroy most characters (Well geared Barbarians excluded) Anyways, what games have sucked the most time out of your life?

Sad to say World of Warcraft is easily the game I have sunk the most hours into. I built a total of 4 different computers with WoW in mind as the main reason, twice for myself and twice for my ex-girlfriend.


I played vanilla wow like crazy, was a pretty active raider, and when burning crusade came out it basically was my life. I was part of a guild who always competed for realm first kills.

I played a little and raided a little in Cataclysm, then quit cold turkey. I have never played Mists of Pandaria, and don't miss it it all. It took up way too much of my life. Last I remember my main Druid had like 90+ days of playtime, and I had tons of other high level characters so who knows the total.

I'll try to list some other games I've put the most time in:
- Warcraft 2
- Borderlands
- Starcraft
- Sim City 4
- GTA Vice City
- GTA San Andreas
- Starcraft 2
- Theme Park (bullfrog game not EA sim)
- NCAA Footnall no particular year
