Did you save the game with the normal in-game save or just a save state(F2)? I think that could have something to do with it. However I know each category can only hold a certain amount of games, but the games you played should be listed on your page in small print.

During the Vizzed Site Maintenance all of the RGR games are FREE, but you do not get to keep them. Meaning that they won't appear in your organized system's games. They will however appear in your game history, *which is the list of most recent games you've played.* Once site maintenance is over, if you wish to play the game then you will have to purchase it with Viz, AND THEN it will appear in your organized systems games.

blackvelvety : If anything is not saved, it's because vizzed games are free while maintance is happening,  but  david said you won't get to keep them, so That's why it's not been added  to you're list of collected games yet, so you'll have to wait until maintance is over..  Local Mods :   this has been answered.
