Does this problem happen for EVERY system, or just gameboy games?

You could try a different browser to see if you have any luck there. Chrome and Firefox seem to work the best for me.

You could also make sure that no browser add-ons like adblocker are interfering. Also make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is allowing content from Vizzed.com and not blocking anything.

Also you could be having issues with your connection or your computer being slow and the plugin is timing out because the download is taking too long. (although less likely)
