I wanted to know if any other users of Vizzed played any of the Professor Layton series. And if so, what was your favorite game/character? Mine favorite games so far are either Unwound Future (Lost Future in Europe) or Last Specter (Spectre's Call), and my favorite characters are Luke, Layton, Inspector Chelmey, Inspector Groskey, and Jean Descole.

(Mods, sorry if this is the wrong board for this kind of thread. I wasn't sure where to post this.)

I wonder what the character limit on this thing is.

Yeah, I'm a Professor Layton fan. I have The Curious Village, Pandora's Box, Lost Future and Specter's Call  My favorite character is Hershel himself, and my personal favorite game is Lost Future.

Yes i absolutely love those games, oh the many times and struggles of being stuck on certain puzzles, and than having to turn it off only to have the puzzle drive me nuts for hours. Until I turn it back on and solve it in like 3 minutes and than feeling like a complete freakin derp for thinking about the puzzles forever. Also I love the animation and story line the put to everything. In my mind I think it's a very underrated game series.

The only game I have played so far with professor Layton in it was Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney (a demo version) And even then, I came to play the game from the ace attorney side. It does seem interesting, I'll check out some of the main games.

FunnyFurret : The opposite of that is the reason I play Ace Attorney. A good place to start on the series is either Curious Village (The first game) or The Last Specter (The first game chronologically). The best way to describe the gameplay is its like the Investigation segments from Ace Attorney, only less infuriating, and with more puzzles, and no court.
