I get this a lot. As far as I'm concerned, there is no solution (except maybe reinstalling the Vizzed RGR Plugin, but that might not work either). I have checked all of the ZSNES menus to see any options that should or should not be checked. I think it's because the audio plugin doesn't load. To fix it, I just reload the page a couple times until I hear the sound.
