I gave you the Wikipedia link because Wikipedia breaks things down in a manner that is simple and easy to understand. It also sources itself. If you don't like Wikipedia, just follow the links it gives you to the peer-reviewed papers on the Kinsey Scale. In this instance, peer-reviewed means reviewed by people who are experts in the field, not an opinionated teenager on the internet. They are unbiased because they do not have a political or social agenda (like Christian advocacy groups that seem to think giving the LGBT community rights is some sort of affront to their dignity). If you think they are biased, read them and point out where.

Now go back to my first post on this thread and read it a bit more carefully before you try and ask about a gay gene. As I said, the gay gene itself does not exist. Sexuality is affected by many different genes, and as such, the presence of the Kinsey Scale supports the hypothesis that sexual orientation has a genetic component. Nor is the Kinsey Scale focused only on homosexuals. The whole point is that there is little, if any, absolute sexuality. I get that you are trying to make some other point, in between your laughable suggestions that 'gays are criminals', but I'm not really sure what it is. Try and string your ideas together more coherently instead of bouncing around everywhere.

Oh, and I don't care if you find homosexuality "gross". It is perfectly natural, as evidenced by the vast range of other animals that also display homosexuality. To suggest that doing drugs is the same as having an innate attraction to members of the same sex is nonsensical, but I suppose no more so than comparing homosexuality to drinking one's own blood. Neither is homosexuality intrinsically harmful, although I imagine the sheer amount of homophobia homosexuals experience can't be helpful.

Sword Legion, you probably read my first post. We disagree on a lot, but I am on your side about the whole 'gay gene' thing. Heck, I agree with some of your arguments. For example, if people support a gene for an excuse for anything, then murder genes should excuse. But the gay gene is propaganda in the media's attempt to promote equality, but there is no real peer reviewed study truly supporting it. 

Though I agree with your base point, I disagree with most of your arguments. First, the Nazi thing. He wasn't supporting the Nazi decision. He was just stating that comparing that can result in social ridicule and one that ends your life is not valid. Those are 2 completely different things. And you are forgetting something. Hitler promoted that he was working in the name of Christianity. The Nazi group legitimately believed that killing Jews was simply doing the work of God. Very much like the Crusades. You claim you would turn the gun on your commanding officer. But what if God told you to commit genocide? Would you do it if God told you it was necessary? Religion is a very powerful thing that can make people do things that are seen as horrific. Now I am not supporting the Nazis. No matter if they are doing what they believe God wants, it is inexcusable. But I think you should remember that these Nazis were doing their supposed Christian duty. If you follow God without question as you claim you do, then you would kill anyone you believed God told you to. You can claim you would know that it wasn't God, but some evil entity, but so does everyone who turns to murder or genocide in God's name.

But again, completely incomparable things. Not only would they die, most believed that it would be disobeying God and risking the loss of Salvation with God in the Afterlife. So, homosexuality means definite ridicule, whereas the Nazis risked possible eternity in Hell for disobeying if Hitler ended up being correct about what God wants. 

You keep saying percentage, percentage, percentage. You claim that the percentage of pigs in homosexuality is higher than heterosexuality. Where you basing this from? You have said in the past that you actively avoid all people that are gay. So your only TRUE personal interactions are with people that you see on the street who are obviously gay by showing it publicly. Pretty skewed. Most homosexuals do not go around having sex in bathrooms. You just only hear about those who do. You buy into what the Christian public views of them. But when it comes to public display of affection, homosexuals are less likely to do so because of the ridicule and even possible danger of kissing in a non accepting group. But you also deem homosexuals who simply kiss or make out in public as a pig. Your language about it makes that clear. But I doubt you would class a heterosexual couple who kiss in public as a pig. So your percentages are simply your own viewpoint and based on what YOU notice. 

As for the sites and apps. I don't know why iNOO8 said 'dating sites'. There are countless sex sites for heterosexuals. There are sites all over that are about finding people in your area who want a sex fling. There are heterosexual sites for people looking for cheating wives with husbands who are rarely home. There are countless sex chat sites, 'bathroom apps', discreet sexual relationship sites, group sex sites, etc that are for heterosexuals. As a matter of fact, most of these companies are straying away from being gay only or strait only because they make more money being for all people. You bring up an app that alerts them when other homosexual members are close by for bathroom sex. Odds are, that same app is for strait people too. Those sites are like social media dating sites where you make a profile, and it matches you with people of the same interests. 

Now that is as much research into that topic I care to do. I don't want to go any deeper just to see if there is a higher percentage of heterosexuals or homosexuals. Not worth it for a thread on a gaming site. But I think you should actually try to get to know a lot of these people. You will find that most of the ones you will meet are not into anonymous or public sex. You will find most of the ones you get to know are seeking companionship with one soulmate and even start a family some day. Being gay does not increase the chance of being perverted pigs. The only difference in these people are who they try to find companionship with. Their other desires and needs are no different than the average human being. You are just making an assumption that because you see homosexuality as perverted, then the percentage of pigs in homosexuality must be higher than heterosexuals.

You say you are not trying to be offensive. Nobody here is offended or calling you a bigot because you believe homosexuality is wrong. You are free to that opinion. I would respect you more if that was simply your view. But you compare homosexuality to genocide, rape, and murder. You preach the assumption that homosexuals are perverted and that most of them are simply sex addicts who are simply trying to get off without worrying about getting pregnant. Those things are the parts people are offended by. That is like saying because of many statistics, the percentage of criminals in African Americans is higher than whites. Or that is like saying that because of what the media claims, the percentage of people who actively target and hate specific groups is higher in Christianity than MOST other religions. Or that Christianity is full of cherry pickers as they choose which parts of the Bible are meant to be followed and which are not. Or what if it was said that the Christians really approve of genocide simple based on the fact that Christianity has been involved in more conflicts that end in war and oppression than any religion in recorded history?  The examples go on. But if those were what I was preaching time and time again to everyone around you, would you not feel that you should show that not every Christian hates anyone non Christian, don't only follow the Bible when it fits their opinions, or approves of genocide or oppression? Do you think those 'statistics' and accusations are very skewed and untrue? 

It is okay to believe that something that someone is doing is not right. But to compare an act that hurts nobody to Nazis, genocide, rape, pedophiles (you made that comparison in another thread of yours), and sex addicts and sexual deviants just because you don't agree with it, that is line. I am certain that most people here would not call you a bigot if you simply said "I think it is wrong, and I don't approve" and at least not assume that they are also as horrible as you portray them to be. 

You think that people are downrating your post because of 'ironclad debate skills'. In reality, they are downrating them because your arguments are skewed and have no true support. You have no idea how to debate. You only know how to insult and attack, and you call that a debate. You say that you are using Uncertainty as a tool. But you aren't fooling anyone with uncertainty. We all know where yours sources come from. Christian sites and the Bible. MAYBE a bit of Fox News (the most obviously Christian based news network in the country). The only uncertainty is whether you are pulling from those sources or just your own head. Regardless, we know you have no viable research. Your arguments reveal that with they pure inconclusiveness and inapplicable comparisons. That is why your posts are downrated because I can tell you know that your debate skills are one of the worst I have ever seen (and I have assisted debate coaching for 3 years, and I have seen some very bad debaters).

As for your Dahmer example, what example did I give to imply that? I never said modern Christians and News are linked to Nazis. So your Dahmer comment makes no sense. You clearly misinterpreted everything I was saying to him. The point of what I was saying was to show how making those extreme comparisons does not work. Note that I said "what if I said" or "I could say". Sword Legion compared accepting homosexual behavior to accepting murderous behavior, so I made those extremes to show how little application that logic has. That was not MY logic.?
