Hello! I'm goodboy, a junior review writer and major Grovyle fan! Why did I tell you guys that I'm a review writer, you may ask. Well, that's my question. If I think my review is cheap, and not as good as it can be, am I allowed to get that closed and make a completely new review. Or am I forced to edit it.

You would be better off editing it. I believe if it is already closed then you are allowed to redo it, but don't ask to have it closed just to rewrite it.
