I dont know what steps your taking but Ill explain it all just incase.

It's best your picture is in jpeg, jpg, png or gif format so that the file seze isnt too large. Your image will be resized to 60 pixels in width once you have it on the board so it's often best to scale down the image you want to use before you upload it.

Now you need to upload it, I recommend www.photobucket.com

Once youve uploaded it, the host will give you a direct link which you will need to copy and paste to the avatar section in "Edit Profile" which is located under the vizzed board logo.

If your still having problems let us know in a more descriptive post.
