I think that error message means that the plugin didn't fully download, so if you download a new one it will probably install correctly. Have you tried that?

DittoDude44 : Another thing you can also try is to right click the installer file, click properties, And click on the compatibility tab and then check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select windows 7. After that click ok and then right click the installer, click run as an administrator and then click yes.
