This game, although it is a clone of the Guitar Hero series, is one of my favorite PlayStation 3 games. It features a ton of songs, 4 instrument/modes(guitar, bass, drums, and vocals,) and 4 difficulties. (easy, medium, normal, and hard.) If you find that there aren't enough songs for you, there are a selection of free, as well as paid, songs in the Rock Band Central Store that can be accessed from the main menu. I have had this game since around the time it came out, and I still  haven't fully beat it yet. In my opinion, it is one of the most addicting games out there! It is also easy for kids to get into, once you teach them the controls, There are even a few multiplayer games, such as co-op and battles. The multiplayer games are the same for both local and Internet multiplayer modes. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone!

To make Rock Band even better is once Rock Band 3 came out they introduced pro versions to make the experience even better for current users who thought the game was just to easy and also they brought in a keyboard. Now Guitar Hero does not have a keyboard which means all the keyboard parts for example in Through The Fire and The Flames were all put on the guitar, making the Guitar Hero version of this song way harder than the Rock Band version. Personally I prefer Rock Band because of the additional instrument and their song choice. The keyboard is a blast to play and for anyone who has not played it, is really worth a try.
