I have downloaded a file that had (PAL) next to it. Everything was normal burning it and all, but when you put it in the console it doesn't play. I have tried two different ones. Is there something else that has to be done, or you just can't do these types. Thank yous for your help!!!!!!!

If you have a USA console, the game console needs to have a region free chip in it to run those games.

Depends on if its for PSX or DC. I would have to have a look around if PSX but for DC you can use Utopia boot disk.
