Am I the only one getting this? I'd love to play some Zelda but I have epilepsy and its not good for me to watch flashing screens so im a bit scared to play games on here now if its something that's happening for everyone who pulls up a game

Namekian_666 : Which consoles are you playing on? Some consoles allow you to change the emulator settings to slow down the emulator. The SNES, for example, has the option to speed up or slow down. (You also probably did something to make it move fast because they're not set this way)

I suggest don't play these games for the time being due to the reasons you said, since some games have a magic button on the keyboard which will make it have no FPS limit (F4 I believe is the magic button.) But having the no FPS limit thing is a bad thing. Besides, 60FPS is the average FPS of games, some will allow up to 200FPS (Mainly first person shooters) as the FPS only means how choppy your gun/whatever will fire. So in these cases 60FPS is good enough. If you press the magic button F4 (most games don't have this) the FPS will go up to 600FPS meaning loss of ram (meaning you can't do much else) and very fast things and bad things can happen to some people, like you for example.
