Are mentholated cigarettes better for you?

You should not smoke and certainly not till you are at least 21.

Smoking is terrible.

But if you do smoke I think many people consider menthol better for you, but my concern is that it just gets it onto your lungs quicker.

Totts : Well, I just quit for the 3rd time, and I am only 19. I started in April 2012. I have been smoke free for about 1 week now. But I could only smoke menthol. For me, it was the flavor. Non - menthol had no flavor, and made me throw up. If I smoked within ... 3 hours or so of waking up, I would get sick and start to throw up because of the morning mucus. So maybe menthol is worse for you. I do not know. All I know is that menthol is all I could stand to smoke.
