Yes, but as far as I know only MGS2, Gran Turismo 2 and Tekken 3 are available to play on dreamcast. Back when Bleem were around they brought out the boot disc package called "Bleemcast", you can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleemcast! the graphics were better with dreamcasts larger resolution.
