I don't really like missing school because of the workload I have to make up the next day I come back to school, I just don't think it is worth doing. But sometimes when  don't feel like coming to school either because I am tired or sick, my parents just say that I have a doctor's appointment or something I plan on going to school later on in the day. I don't make a habit of doing it though because I don't think it is worth getting a truck load of work when I come back.

Sometimes on half days which are towards the end of the year when exam are taken, if I don't have an exam on a day for that week I stay home because I have nothing to do at school, so there isn't a point in going.

I always hated going to school but I had to go just enough to pass and when I wanted to stay home all I needed to do was tell my mom I didn't feel like going and I didn't go. I usually just claimed I was sick and I played my now retro games all day

Well, I only have one. I was trying to ac sick, I did everything I could to get my temperature up so it would look like I was sick so I wouldn't go to school, I went to school anyway.   It was a fail.
