I never really keep my Pokémon from evolving. Sometimes I'll keep a Pikachu with a light ball, but for something like the Battle Frontier, Pikachu wouldn't work. And if I ever use Skyther, I don't always evolve him either.

I would evolve my Pokémon from the start of it's evolution line.

I don't really keep my pokemon from evolving.... I like them as strong as possible. Plus I think the more often they evolve, the cooler they look. Some exceptions are Pikachu, Grovyle, Rhydon, and Scyther.
