This is a tool I found by google search, I myself have not used it but it looks promising.

Bin2Boot
http://www.megagames.com/console/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?id=dc&file=b2b_gui01b!rar

I know we shouldnt really refer users to other gaming/emulation sites but Id rather have a happy Vizzed user than a sad one.

The only problem is thats a DOS tool so it might not work properly.
I scanned the rar and it's clean, but I can't say that the executable wont run a script.
The file is just a bit small for me to think it works properly...

I'll leave the link for now since that other site doesnt seem to be in competition with us (as it mostly deals with game trainers and patches), but I might remove it later as I find out more info

You are going to have to overburn the disk.
A cd can sometimes fit a bit more then 700mb on it using the overburn option.
Check out https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=4759 for more info on how.

Sometimes it wont overburn because it just wont fit.
What was the size of the original .bin file?
Dreamcast disks were made on different disks then the standard cd's plus were burnt using a special data compression, so thats why some files are a bit larger then what can normally fit.

I believe the original is 802 MB after extraction. I believe the zip file was 714 MB. I guess it's just one of those things. I have to say that you guys are too AWESOME on this site!!!!!! Thank you
