This is a simple and easy to use glitch that can help you level up some of your weaker pokemon without a lot of work.
Step 1. Reach the third gym (the electric one) and go pick up your free bike.
Step 2. Go to the day care and place the pokemon you want to level up in the day care.
Step 3. Go down from the entrance to the day care a few steps, and get on your bike. Use the speed up key.
Step 4. If done correctly you should be able to ride your bike back and fourth from town to town.
Step 5. After a little while you can retrieve your now leveled up pokemon from the day care, have fun.

This is misleading and isn't really a cheat. It's not really a glitch either, because in the Pokémon games time is measured by the amount of steps the player takes. The only thing you can call it is an exploit... maybe. And even if you do call it an exploit it's a really common one at that. So all I ask is for you to at the very least change the name from cheat to... well anything really.

You should also mention that a player must PAY to retrieve your Pokemon.

And if you don't have the money they wont give it back. So be prepared to sell stuff if needed
