I'd say go with Swimming.  I have been doing that too and you build a lot of muscle just by doing that sport.  It is always a great sport to do because it keeps you very healthy and it refreshes you very well.  I have done all the sports that you have mentioned and Swimming is a great one.  

If your looking for a new sport, Rugby is a great sport to play
It does not matter about the level of intelligence. It matters about the level of determination.

I would do swimming.  It's an individual event and you don't have to rely on other people to be your teammates.  There are team events, just like track, but swimming is all about total body and you'll be as strong as you ever can get.  

Swim.  Chicks dig swimmers and you'll be more muscled than a track guy.  Those guys are skinny and don't get the girls.  Swimmers do.
