My OS: Windows XP (all updates included)

every time i try to download tha vizzed rgr plugin, it tells me "A network error occured while attempting to read the file."

i saw another thread about this, but it was never resolved. if someone who knows how to fix this or someone savvy with computers could help i would greatly appreciate it!
