YOUR SECOND QUEST
Now that you have completed the first part of the Game, it's time to start the second part. After you defeat the Elite Four + Champion you are back in your hometown. Go to Professor Elm and talk to him. He will give you a ticket for a cruise on the SS Aqua. Now you can  fly to Olivine City, where you won the sixth Gym Badge. Go to the south of the city and there you will find a check-in station. Go inside and take the stairs, which is in the middle of the room, upstairs. Go south where you'll find the next stage. If all goes well, you'll reach a port. Walk further south until you see a man with a blue headband looks. Talk to him and choose the first option if you are asked to do. He guides you to the SS Aqua!

ABOARD THE SS AQUA
Once on board you have to fight with each opponent and talk to everyone. There is a PC in the first room where you can switch your Pokémon. If you beat everyone go to the right side of the boat and take the stairs down. There's a man and if he does not let you pass means that you have not everybody has reports or you have not talked with anyone. If he lets you pass go further west and fight with everyone that you encounter. At this point you will come to find that all your Pokémon are healed. Then you will find a staircase in southeastern corridor. Use this and you come to the Captain. Be sure that you talk with the Captain after the girl left. Return to the first deck and talk to the girl, who in one of the cabins next to her father is. Then go to the northern end of the boat and talk to the man at the door through which you came. If all goes well, you may leave the boat. If it isn't, then you have not talked to anyone. If you leave the boat you are in Vermilion City!

Don't worry: if you want you can always go back to the other side of the card. Then go back to the place where the Elite Four is located in the northwest of the map. You have to go back through the cave where you came through. (Victory Road) It is quite a long walk.
An easier way to come back to use is the metro.
Defeat Lt.. Surge first. (Below you'll see) Then go to the house south of the Pokémon Center and more. In the house you will find a group of people sitting around a table. You would have to find a Clefairy. Talk to Clefairy and then to the man with the blue shirt which sits directly above Clefairy. After a long conversation, you get a Poké doll. Then go to Saffron City. In the northwest of the city you will find a building to the left of the northern check-in station. The building is the station. Don't  go in yet. Instead you go until you see a row of houses to south. Enter the last house. Inside you'll find two people, a Clefairy and a staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor you will see a girl with a bird Pokemon and talk to her. They will give you an item. Leave the house and head straight north to the station. Go inside and walk to the edges until you find a man with a blue hat. If you talk to him he will let you pass. You end up in Goldenrod City. If you still want to go back in the future you just have to talk to, the man with the blue hat. Very convenient!

FIGHT WITH LT. SURGE IN VERMILION CITY
Once in Vermilion City, you can take a look around, heal your Pokémon and you can buy some things. Then you can challenge the Gym Leader, Lt.. Surge, a trainer of Electric Pokémon. You should inspect all bins until the dialogue changes.
Which means that you have found. One of the electronic switches You now have 25% chance of the following can be found in one of the four surrounding bins. The first switch Of course, the switch not in the same bin. If you have found the first switch and in examining the second bin is the same message then the door to Lt. Surge should be open now. Go to him and challenge him. Lt. Surge has a Raichu Level 44,  a Level 46 Electabuzz, a Level 40 Electrode, a level 40 Magneton and a level 40 Electrode.

He will paralyze your Pokemon a lot.  Ho-oh is a good choice with his Fire attacks or an another Fire type Pokémon. If you have defeated Lt. Surge you'll get the Thunder Badge, which increases the speed of your Pokémon.

Here you have the member of Team Rocket encounter again, which again talk to you and run away again. Follow the path to the north until you can go to the east at a given time. Go east, fighting on the road with the trainers until you reach a house. There you see a girl and a boy talking to each other. They start to fight and after the fight they're running. Go back to the gym of Misty, who is there now. Challenge her to a fight. Misty has a Level 42 Golduck, a Level 42 Quagsire, a Level 44 Starmie and a Level 47 Lapras. Misty isn't hard to beat. VIRIDIAN CITY
From Pewter City, go to the south and you follow the path that starts there until you arrive in Viridian City. Giovanni is a long time ago gone and the Gym is empty. You can go to the building northwest of the Poké Markt. If you do go down you will encounter yourself. Your duplicate uses three Level 50 Pokemon. This isn't such a difficult challenge. Make sure your Pokemon fit and strong enough and you'll easily win.

CINNABAR ISLAND AND FIGHT WITH BLAINE
When you're done, go south to Pallet Town, the hometown of Red, the hero of Pokémon Red/Blue/ Yellow/Green. However, Red isn't home because he is working on his Pokemon journey. SECOND LEGENDARY BIRD
Now you can possibly catch the second Legendary bird. As you play, you can now catch Lugia in Gold and if you play Silver, you can now catch Ho-oh! Go to Pewter City and talk to an old man somewhere in the city. He gives the needed Item, depending on the game you play.  If you still have your Master Ball will go a lot easier because the birds are now at Level 70 and even harder to beat.

TOWARDS THE ULTIMATE BATTLE
If you defeated Gary go back to Pallet Town. The building in the south of the city you will find Professor Oak. If you talk to him he will evaluate your Pokedex. However Snorlax is another story. He is very strong, and has a tremendous amount of HP and he can sleep to recover. It makes no sense to drop him to sleep. A good opponent for Snorlax is a Ghost Pokémon like Misdreavus or a Fighting type Pokémon. Use a Ground Pokémon to defeat Pikachu. Use Grass or an Electric on Blastoise. Put a Dark or Bug Pokemon against Espeon.  Use a Fire Pokémon to blow away  Venusaur and use a Pokemon with Water or Rock attacks to defeat. Charizard

Be sure you talk to him because that is necessary! Return to Viridian City. Go to the west of the city and follow the path to a check-in station. Once inside you go further west where you will find a passage that was previously blocked by a guard. Go down and go through the door. You are now on a different path and follow it to the Pokemon Center. Time to heal before you start with the ultimate battle and buying a lot of things, your Pokémon must be full heal because you would not be weakened by all the wild Pokémon you encounter on the way to the fight. Indeed, there are a lot of well-trained wild Pokémon wandering around nearby. You can also use this first wild Pokémon to train your own. West of the Pokemon Center you will find a cave. Go inside. Use HM Flash to see everything better. Go to the northeast of the space you encounter. There you will find the following entrance to a cave. Follow the trail to the north where you will find. Following cave Keep going until you come across a guy with his back to you is. It's Red. Get ready for the fight of your life!

THE BATTLE WITH RED
Red has a Level 81 Pikachu, a Level 77 Blastoise, Level 73 Espeon, a Level 77 Snorlax, a Level 77 Venusaur and a Level 77 Charizard. Pikachu, Blastoise and Espeon should not be a problem to beat. Charizard
Good luck!

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW?
Save your game after the end. The only thing you can do right now is filling your Pokedex.

THE END!

TornadoMudkip : Excellent job!!! This is extremely helpful, I didn't even know some this, I thought you could only beat the 3,4 5 gyms in Kanto! I will immediately go back and play Pokemon gold and silver now that you have informed me that you could vs all the gyms in Kanto as well as Red and Gary!
