Well I am a big fan of the site but we had bought a Mac meaning no more vizzed for me but our Mac had messed up we bought a new computer with window 8 every time I download the plug in it does it successfully I close my browser and open the site up and try to play games but it is telling me that I do not have  the plug in to play these game what do I do?

According to the FAQ, the RGR plug in only works on Windows XP, Vista, and 7. So it may not be compatible with Windows 8 yet.

tRIUNE : I wouldn't assume that would be the case since the FAQ page of the site isn't exactly updated (referring to the previous post here). But there have been a number of people with Windows 8 having issues. Could it be a compatibility thing?

Try a different browser. Since you said you just got Windows 8 I'm assuming you're using IE, if that's the case, download Opera, or Firefox. Install the plugin there. If that doesn't work, try restarting the computer. Let me know what happens!

I too am have the same issues with the plugin.

I have Windows 7, and I use Mozilla Firefox (everything is up to date). I've been doing a lot of Let's Play videos, and today I received the message "Plugin Not Found". I haven't deleted any Vizzed files on my computer, and I can't find anything wrong with the plugin itself.

So I followed the instructions on the Help page:

- I closed out of Firefox, and tried again. Nothing.
- I tried it on Google Chrome. Nothing.
- I then went and uninstalled the Vizzed plugin, and downloaded the latest plugin file, and installed it. Still nothing.

So I'm just scratching my head, wondering whether or not it's a site problem, or something wrong on my end.

Since you guys are using Firefox, try disabling your plug in container.
I'm not sure if this method works on the latest Firefox, but you can try disabling it by:

Opening new tab and type about:config

Search for dom.ipc.plugins.enabled

Double click to change from true to false and restart browser.

If this doesn't work, you can always repeat the process and change the values from false to true in order to enable plug in container again.

I reinstalled the plugin, and followed your instructions the second time to make sure.

I'm probably just going to not come on here for awhile, and let things blow over.
