I would like to firstly state that I have full permission to open this Layout Shop*

I have decided to open a layout as I have been receiving very nice and pleasant comments & compliments on my layouts. I will be making many, many layouts upon your request. Custom Layouts, Basic Layouts etc. I will only be making Post Layouts, not Profile Layouts. There are a few rules and regulations that you must read and follow before requesting a layout to be made by me. They are as follows:

1. Please do not post obsessively on this thread bugging me to hurry up with your layout as you will only hold up the process, and it may result in your layout taking longer to create. If you do, I simply will not create your layout. Patience is key, as it may take up to 36 hours to?acknowledge that you have requested a layout and for me to make it, of course.?

2. When requesting a Layout you must post here! If you post somewhere else or even send me a message I probably won't see it and therefore your requested Layout will not be made. So post here!?

3. Every Layout will contain the signature 'Layout by Dean2k13...' as you will see from this layout. I will also add your own personal message too, this depends on if you want a Custom Layout made.

4. You must use the template I provide below when requesting a Layout otherwise it will confuse me and it may slow up the process, so please use the template I provide - you can simply copy and paste it into your post when requesting.

5. Custom Layouts will cost from 500-1000 Viz. You will understand what I mean by Basic & Custom below.

I will go for a custom layout of any mario kart 7 picture, I think it will look nice. Here are some of the images that I found:

Alright sounds awesome. I still think that is an awesome price for a great layout, even without the discount 500-750 is a very reasonable price for a good custom made layout and very affordable especially with all of the stuff you can do or add to it to make it look nice.
