Whenever I try to play a vizzed game, I keep getting this message: "Error: Failed to download server file version info" at the bottom and the game will not load. I've tried other games and reloading/refreshing the game but it still happens. The game was working fine yesterday so I don't understand why it's suddenly having troubles unless it's the site. Could anyone possibly shed some light on this? Thank you for your answer in advance.

I really don't know how to answer this because it never happened to mean before, but the only typical advice I can give you now is to re install the Retro Game Room plug in. If it manages to work tell me immediately hows that. Does that sound like a plan .

Nevermind, problem solved. I opened the game with a different browser(IE), exited out, then reopened it with chrome and it's working again.

Crispymasterty : This problem is usually caused by a few things.

1. Your internet connection is slow for the moment, and the plugin is timing out because it's taking your computer too long to load the game.

2. Something on your computer is blocking it. Firewall/anti-virus (and some other Firefox plugins)

3. The rom file for the game you are trying to play became corrupted. You can go into your vizzed directory and delete that rom file, then try to play it again and it will force your computer to re-download it. The location of the Vizzed RGR directory differs depending on what version of windows you are running.

You can try a different browser to see if you have better results.
