June 11th through June 13th was E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo). They revealed many upcoming games including Kingdom Hearts 3, Scribblenauts Unmasked, and of course Super Smash Bros. 3DS and Super Smash Bros. Wii U. You're probably thinking, "Get the name right! It's Super Smash Bros. Universe!" But no, they've revealed the names as the ones I said before.

Bowser has been almost completely changed - He now stands upright and a few of his moved have been changed, such as his Special-Side attack being changed from a headbutt to a dash attack.

Another change is Samus - Her appearance has changed as well as the sound effects her attacks make. Instead of wearing her Varia Suit, she now wears her regular suit. What's the difference, you may ask? The Varia Suit has more armor. Her regular suit doesn't have large shoulders or a thick torso, for example. As with the sound effects, her beam sounds are completely different.

Villager (Animal Crossing Series)
Yes, the villager from Animal Crossing appears in this. You're probably wondering what attacks the villager would have. In my opinion, Villager has completely awesome attacks that seem a bit overpowered. You can build a tree then chop it down with your axe, you can dig a hole under someone so they fall into it, and you can even store attacks and items. If there's a heart capsule that you want, but you only have 2% damage, you can stuff it in your pocket and use it at a later time. It hasn't been said, but I'm assuming you can only hold one item in your pocket. Another cool thing with that move is that you can store enemy attacks and use them at a later time. For example, Samus could get a fully charged beam and shoot it at you. If you pick it up, you can shoot it at someone at a later time (as long as you don't get KOd).

Megaman (Megaman Series)
Seeing as Capcom is making the game along with Sora Ltd., this wasn't a surprise to me (Capcom makes Megaman games). Megaman's attacks are short-ranged beams, of course, and his Up-Special spawns his robot dog thingy with a spring on top of it. Of course, though, Megaman needs to have the attacks he gets from characters that Dr. Wily has created (such as Cut Man or Leaf Man). It wasn't fully explained how, but you can have each of their powers, I assume by KOing your opponents. So you throw razor blades at one of your enemies until they fall off of the stage. Then, it gives you the Leaf Shield powerup. Megaman will definitely be a character I can't wait for.

Wii Fit Trainer (Wii Fit Series)
Yes, the female Wii Fit trainer appears in this game as an unlockable character. She is nimble and quick, so she can backflip to dodge and stuff like that. Her attacks are mostly Yoga and Strength exercises you learn in Wii Fit. So one of her attacks might be a lunge that knees your opponent. The Wii Fit Trainer is the only character they have already announced the final smash for. Her final smash is called "Wii Fit" and sends a bunch of rainbow people across the screen, damaging any opponent they pass.

That's pretty much all they talked about in the Nintendo Direct preview of the game. They did show a few new stages such as the Wii Fit training room, Dr. Wily's lair, the Nintendogs house, and a stage that looked similar to SSBB's Delfino Island stage.

That sounds really cool. I'll have to get the new Smash Bros. for my 3DS very soon after it comes out. I think Nintendo games are getting better every year!

I'm really excited for this to come out on 3ds, I've been waiting for this forever and just the fact it will be 3d makes it amazing already. It'll be so much fun but I'm not sure I'll touch the new characters they just aren't that great honestly.

WHY NO FAWFUL? I HAVE FURY! Also, while this looks absolutely AWESOME (especially for a portable system), I, like many people, will not be buying a Wii U just to play Smash Bros. I'm not as obsessed with Smash Bros. as I used to be. If I eventually decide to ask for a 3DS, then I will probably check out the portable version of this game. Also, WHAT WAS SOLID SNAKE DOING IN BRAWL?! (I know, Nintendo worked with Kojima and Silicon Knights to make Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes)
