Basically, here is how it works:

I will host a Super Street Fighter 2 (SNES) Netplay. Users can send vizz to me (Cap now:1,000 vizz) and we will fight in the game. If they win, they get twice their vizz.. However, if I win, I will keep the vizz.
Note: I might change it to triple the vizz on special occasions or if I have a winning streak of five or more.

Ex. Say someone gave me 500 vizz. He battles me and I lose, I would give him 1,000 vizz.

Requirements
•First, you must have very little lag, I will not accept the challenge from someone who has too much lag.
•Second, You must give me at the least, twelve hours in advance when you want to fight me
•Lastly, you must not spam special moves like hadoukens more than three times, kicks are fine

If you have any questions, or you want to battle, please ask in this thread

About the rule nº3, what do you mean the competitors can't spam the special attacks? Like, use it 3 times on the whole round, or use the attack 3 times in a row?
