I apologize, I meant to post this in the "Emulator Help" section. I do not know why it was posted to this place, and I cannot post a new thread. 


So, I've recently come to this site and so far I love it. It has many of my favorite games from my youth, but the problem is I can't play many of them!
This game particularly ( https://www.vizzed.com/playonlinegames/game.php?id=8165 ), Mega Man X, is my favorite game of all time, and I would love to play it here. However, when I open the emulator it will not register my controls. It doesn't even register my mouse. It does nothing when I double-click to bring up the control panel and my pre-sets do not work. It's almost like the game is disconnected from my controls.
I have not tested this problem on any other SNES game. (Edit: This is afflicting me on all SNES games I attempt to play)
I have tried this game in all three of my internet browsers (Explorer, Chrome (favorite) and Firefox), and had no luck. The fix found in the "Game Help" section had no effect on this.
Does anyone have suggestions? I would very much like to play this game. As I said before this is my favorite game, and I actually have the game on my Wii (which is broken) and the remake (Mega Man X: Maverick Hunter) on my PsP, but as you all know, nothing beats an original.

BlackPlague : Hello there! Have you ever tried to reinstall the RGR plugin?  Depending on what version of windows you have, go to control panel, go to add or remove programs, uninstall it and then install the plugin again and hopefully this works.

Are you using a Java emulator or the RGR Plugin?

megamanmaniac : Love the name. But I've tried both. The Java emulator works but I don't like it because I can't customize the controls.?

Also, thanks for not yelling at me for posting in the wrong place. I expected some abuse for that from the first few posts.

Uninstalling and re-installing the plugin didn't work. Same problem.
