Well for me, Peach. Especially her so-called final smash attack. really? All she gets is us unable to move and there are healing items for her to use. And when I am not dizzy, we can use the healing items! It is just so.... bland! (As Cilan would say)

Well not untouchable though very hard to hit whenever doing that.  One that I call annoying is Ike for having the slowest speed of all the characters.  His attacks are like even half of Bowser's attack speed and up special doesn't cut it for escape.

Ike was to replace Roy, maintaining the fire element, and give diversity to the Fire Emblem characters. As for Mewtwo, I agree completely. But Lucario is the Mewtwo clone, and frankly... most newer Pokemon fans don't really know the Epicness of Mewtwo, sadly.

It could just be me, but I find Kirby to be one of the unfairest characters around.
If you get an early lead with Kirby, then you can continually Kirbicide until victory.
Also, Kirby's jumping is a bit annoying to deal with.

As for annoying, I'd just say Ness. Although he is a good character when used correctly, the noises he makes can get repetitive. If you spam the B button, you'll get a barrage of "Kid Fire! Kid Fire! Kid Fire!".

Anyways, that's my opinion. Feel free to contest.

Ice climbers. I play with tournament players, and those that know how to wobble are incredibly annoying. Plus, they do a lot of damage and have simple combos that do plenty of damage. It's easy to separate them usually, but sometimes you run into people me wont let you get close to them, unless I play marth, then I can separate them easily.

If anything I'm gonna go stragiht ahead and pull out some names.. Unfair annoying characters...  5 sonic & wario They are so overpowered with their skills and final smash, 4: Snake I hate how he can just go into a heilcopter and constantly try to shoot the heck out of you, the main problem with that finisher I have.. is that zooms out some parts of the freaking screen.. 3 Peach.. her finisher is pretty annoying too, and not to mention I just find her 1 of the most annoying characters i have to deal with. 2: Lucario His aura wave and his normal skills are way too powerful.. if you are caught with 2 other players.. you are 100 percent screwed if he does that final smash of his.  1: Kirby.. Oh gosh is he annoying.. Kirby has a lot of powerful attacks he tries to constantly asborb my power, and his final smash move takes a while to get out of.. and it's almost 1 of those moves you can't escape from.. There I am done I've said what I've needed

Well, for me, I guess I will say Majin buu from Dragon ball z. He is a really annoying character who is very powerful and no matter how much times you defeat him, he will just keep on regenerating back to normal. Even if you destroy every bit of him. But at the end goku still managed to defeat him with a huge spirit bomb.
