I have a question: How old does a game's system need to be for the game to be added safely to this site?

There are some games that would be great to be able to play but none of the games for that system have been added, so obviously it can't be done without risking copyright violation...

I guess what I'm asking is, what needs to happen for these games to be available?

They're consoles out there that are old enough to be retro but he don't have the money for it at the moment.

Besides money... File sizes also play a role on this.

If a game has a big file size, It would take ages to load. Plus, It would strain the server if many people tried to play it at the same time.
