They announced that there's a Final Fantasy XIV Online for the PS3 coming soon!

I hate any game that has a monthly fee, because no game is that good that it ends up costing you the game price plus $120+ per year.
Plus online only sucks.

I also dont like playing online games, because of the monthly fee. I wouldn't mind if you could pay by the amount of hours you play, but companies won't do that because they make money with the hours that you dont play in that month that you've payed for.

Also they probably will have a trial when the game first comes out to attract players.

I don't mean to necropost, but I just want to get this particular topic up and running again. I'm hopefully getting a PS3 soon and I intend to pre-order this game in about a year. I hope they have prepaid Square|Enix cards to pay for the monthly fee around that time.
