My characters name is Carlos, the new leader of Team Rocket.
He is a former champion because of his disappearance to lead Team rocket.
He was born in the town of Pallet taking a Squirtle from Professor Oak.
He became a successful trainer and beat the league but was not satisfied by this, hoping for a bigger challenge.
He announced to his Pokemon his intentions with team rocket but his team disagreed with him and he released them.
He got brand new Pokemon, stealing a Marowak from its child and a stolen Jirachi for his wishes and a whole other batch of Pokemon.
He lied to Team Rocket that Giovanni was still leading team Rocket but he was leading them in secret.
Carlos joined Team Rocket after beating Giovanni's Gym because Giovanni was impressed with him.
Carlos went on throughout Johto spreading the message of the new team Rocket and also done this to Hoenn and Sinnoh.
His next operations of crime will be at Unova which he will make Team Plasma bow before the Rockets!
